However, that doesn’t mean you’ll be waiting this long for your new product to go live.
From our experience, you can expect to be running a pilot of your new online product anywhere from 12 weeks of commencing the Beacon programme.
This is dependent on several factors such as the quality and breadth of your existing materials, the scope of your new programme and your capacity to deliver any learning assets that we may need. We recognise that you already have clients and commitments to please, and that you’re also not interested in a immediate ‘quick fix’.
You may also want to choose a specific month to pilot and launch your product, which may affect when you choose to announce it to the world (no one will be interested around Christmas, for example).
After the pilot, we will reflect and refine your product before working together to promote your product more widely.
