Candle Digital and Delve OD Highly Commended at British Training Awards 2023

We are delighted to share the exciting news that Candle Digital, in partnership with our clients Delve OD, has been highly commended in the Innovation category at the prestigious British Training Awards 2023.

This accolade acknowledges the commitment from both ourselves and our friends at Delve OD to creating exceptional learning experiences in new ways.

Delve OD first sought our help to make the onboarding process for their Talent Tool framework digital, rather than face-to-face. This has since been taken further, with a new blended option (combining live Zoom calls and self-study online materials) yielding fantastic results with their clients.

We firmly believe that teamwork makes the dream work, and our collaboration with Delve OD is proof of that. Together, we’ve combined our expertise and passion to create an outstanding training solution that helps organizations across the UK be so much better at having conversations on talent.
